The Wellness Library Collection is an eBook-based collection with books on self-care, mindfulness, health awareness, and popular self-help. It provides relevant and needed information about lowering stress levels and learning self-care. Some physical books are also cataloged here, but the majority are eBooks.

Black History Month (Stamford )
Community engagement celebrates Black History with exhibitions of local artisans, authors, and artists selling wares ranging from jewelry, children’s books, clothing, and soaps.
